In our country, Group A category Ground Handling Companies consist of a certain number of companies that provide services to air carriers with Ground Handling equipment, equipment and personnel and these companies dominate the market to a large extent.
We are an organization operating as a Group C category Ground Handling provider. In line with the applicable instructions, we are responsible for supervising and controlling the agreements of the services provided on behalf of the airlines we represent and the matters covered by the Service Level Agreements (SLA). Therefore, we are in direct cooperation with category A Ground Handling organizations and have strong relationships with each of their working groups at all levels.
