Our company holds DHMI/SHGM Airports Ground Handling Services Group C Operation Licence.
We aim to gain customers from Europe, Balkan Countries, Russia - CIS, Turkish Republics, Asia, Middle East, Far East and Africa between 2024-2025.
• To manage all airport services that may be required but not specified in the agreements,
by obtaining information and
approval from the air carrier's representative or relevant department,
•
Organising exemplary services such as airport security services, private passenger lounge
use, buggy service, providing
services to passengers of aircraft in AOG status,
•To maintain qualified personnel at
the airport to oversee and coordinate ground handling practices based on agreements,
•
Co-operation with the air carrier's own representative,
• Informing ground handling
companies in a timely manner and communicating changes,
• To control the preparation of
personnel, equipment, materials and documentation required for the realisation of ground
handling services,
• To control the preparation of all documents,
• To inform the
interested parties immediately about the needs of the air carrier,
• To ensure that all
cargo, including the necessary documents, are ready when they are loaded onto the aircraft,
• To meet the aircraft on arrival and ensure the necessary coordination by
communicating with the crew,
•Receiving information from the crew and informing them about disruptions, changes in
tariffs or other issues,
• To make decisions as required in non-routine extraordinary
situations and to supervise and coordinate ground services,
• To ensure timely and complete distribution of operation messages,
• Checking and,
if necessary, investigating the tracking of passenger baggage, cargo, mail and lost or found
items,
• To record disruptions in the station logbook and regularly inform the carrier's
representative or relevant departments
in accordance with the relevant instructions..
• Develop and maintain local procedures in accordance with the air carrier's
requirements.

Fulfil all communication procedures of the air carrier.
• Preparation, submission,
filing and filing of reports, statistics and documents and performing necessary
administrative
activities.
• Monitoring and keeping up to date the air carrier's manuals, circulars and
similar publications.
• Checking, signing and forwarding of invoices, material orders, ground handling bills
of account, work orders in
accordance with the agreements made with the air carrier.
• Carrying out transactions
related to airport facilities on behalf of the air carrier.
