Flight permits, landing and take-off permits and Airport Slot allocations:

• On behalf of the air carrier, flight permits and slot related procedures are carried out in cooperation with the local authorities and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation for the airport for which it has obtained an operating license.
• The Directorate General, airport operators and relevant local authorities are contacted to apply, negotiate and obtain all necessary permits and licenses before each periodic/operational change.
• Ensures that the slot allocations of all types of flights of the air carrier to be operated to the airports where Ground Slot application is applied, the closest and most appropriate one to the air carrier's request remains approved on a regular basis. In order to prevent slot mismatches in the actual flights, the air carrier performs flight tracking before the scheduled departure time of all flights and ensures the coordination of the necessary new planning. In this process, a close relationship between the relevant units of the air carrier and the slot coordination center ensures the continuity of the requested flights in the following season.
