The AGENCY, at its own expense, provides the following services related to the domestic and/or international passenger transport of the airline:

• Ticket sales and reservation services.
• Display in its office posters, books, brochures and other promotional materials provided by the airline free of charge or on deposit.
We can offer sales opportunities using any B2C system owned by our agency and we can increase sales opportunities by opening sales sub-agencies to all markets. However, this may vary depending on the technological infrastructure and connection systems of the reservation system used by the airline.

The duties of the AGENCY are as follows:

• To act in accordance with the airline's ticket sales rules, applicable transport rules, published tariffs and announcements.
• In the absence of airline rules, to provide services in accordance with standard practices and rules.
• To fulfil the obligations specified in the bilateral contract on time.
• Not to provide guarantees to third parties on behalf of the airline company without the written approval of the airline company.
• To agree to be responsible for the performance and management of the sales office services, as well as for all expenses, including communication expenses.
